2nd pm on cool club. cleaned treated and flushed drain line, cleaned flame sensor, replaced filters. checked temperature split and charge, checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. treated condenser coil and rinsed. system fully operational no problem found. next PM in 6months.
1st pm on cool club, 3TON Rheem heat pump installed by LHC. cleaned treated and flushed drain line, treated evaporator and pan, wiped inside of cabinet clean , checked temperature split and charge, checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. removed fan and panels, treated & rinsed condenser clean. installed leaf guard. system fully operational and running smoothly. next PM in 6months.
