I am so impressed with the truly professional, thoughtful, & thorough service provided to me by Blake Gillis! He was so thorough in explaining what my issue was with my water heater and he went thru every detail of his recommendation very patiently & clearly for me! I had several concerns and he cleared them all for me. And then the new unit was installed within days... and...Blake is quite a gentleman!

1st pm on cool club 2013 carrier gas electric, changed 45/5 . Cleaned treated and flushed drain line. checked temperature split and charge. removed debris from condenser treated & rinsed condenser coil. system fully operational and ready for summer.

No cool service call, found compressor not running, tested and replaced 35/5. Vacuumed drain line clean, checked temperature split and charge. System low on 410a refrigerant.
No cool service call. Inspected evaporator and blower, checked temperature split and charge. Corrected charge to system. Cleaned drain line. Minimal to none insulation in ceiling. Signed up for cool club for annual maintenance and cleaning.
